Terms of Service

What to expect prior to contacting for a commission, what the processes will be like, and what will be mutually agreed upon to be followed.

PERMISSIONS
Do not steal, trace, or claim any of my art as your own. I'd rather you share my work if you see it (ex: fanart), I upload most of it across platforms.I have the right to use commissioned work for a portfolio or commission examples and to post on my social media. If for whatever reason you’d prefer I do not upload your art to social media (ex: gift art), let me know prior to completion.Commissioners do not have to ask to repost the piece that I made for you, however you always have to credit me as the artist (@ may depend on website) on social media, be it in a post, profile picture, or otherwise.Work commissioned is for personal use only. If you want to commission a piece for anything profitable (ex: album art, merch, etc.), you must credit me always and a royalty fee must be discussed and will be added.
METHODS OF CONTACT
Preferably contact via the site you saw this carrd originally posted, as I usually include instructions & detailed information for that commission round.Otherwise refer to my link buttons in the footer of this carrd.Expect a response within 1-3 days/24-72 hours of sending.When discussing commission details, please tell me which method of contact you prefer (twitter DMs, email, etc) so that we can stick to one place of contact so that everything discussed is all in one place.
PAYMENT, FEES, AND REFUNDS
My prices are in USD (United States Dollar).I take payment via Paypal Invoices only.Payment does not have to be given up front but must be done as soon as a sketch has been agreed to by both parties.Payment is due when the sketch for your commission has been sent and edited until you are satisfied. If payment is not sent, progress will not be continued nor completed until you send payment.You may pay me either the full price when the sketch is approved, OR at half the cost when the sketch is approved and then pay me the rest after it is completed.I always send clients a WIP (Work In Progress) picture so that you are aware of what stage I am at with your commission, especially between major steps like sketches or lining. You may always request to see an updated WIP at anytime.If you suggest any excessive changes after the sketch is approved, a fee of $5 will be added to change it. (Ex: majorly changing the lineart, pose, expression, huge redraws, etc.)Minor changes, such as color adjustments, will not get an added fee.I cannot refund you after the sketch is approved and I have continued the process. I can only offer partial refunds in the sketching phase. Which is why its important to be honest if you want any major changes in this phase, and can agree to move on without regret.You will be emailed a high quality version of your commission, only after full payment is sent.
DENIAL OF SERVICE
There are a variety of reasons your commission may be denied, including but not limited to:
Your request was denied as it goes against what I am currently able to draw or offer (Check my rules of what I offer/will not offer)You are under 18 and asking for 18+ forms of artwork.You are racist, homophobic, transphobic, ableist, or are generally bigoted in other hateful ways.You are known to scam artists.
